We care about the privacy of people whose data we obtain as part of our programs or concluded contracts. Your data is safe with us and therefore, pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 and art. 14 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/56 \/ EC (hereinafter: ” GDPR “), we would like to inform you about data processing in our Foundation and the rules on which it will be carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implemented programs and concluded contracts is the Foundation for History and Business Support. Kordian Tarasiewicz (hereinafter: the “Foundation”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Foundation processes personal data for the purpose of implementing, evaluating and reporting under the ongoing programs and for the implementation of contracts concluded with service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The legal basis for data processing is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal data is processed by the Foundation’s employees. The data may also be processed by third parties providing services for the Foundation, e.g. in the scope of auditing the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regardless of the personal data provided during communication with the Beneficiaries and application users, the website owner may use technologies that allow the collection of certain technical information, such as the website user’s IP address, the type of web browser and the operating system used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The website saves cookie files (cookies) on the user’s computer, used to store information in them for the purposes of functionality – e.g. saving browsing preferences. The goal is to make browsing easier the next time you visit the site. The user decides which cookies are saved and how they are saved through the web browser settings (commonly used: Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari). The default settings of browsers allow the storage of website cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to implement a specific program, and then to check the correctness of the program carried out. The period of data processing is also the performance of concluded contracts. In the event of the Foundation’s legal obligations, personal data will be processed for the duration of these obligations. Personal data processed in connection with the use of the Foundation’s website is for the period necessary to use the website or application, and after this period on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Foundation (e.g. defense against claims).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The processed personal data were obtained from entities participating in the program, entities with whom the Foundation concluded a contract for the provision of services or from people using the Foundation’s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Foundation processes contact details. Depending on the program, additional personal data necessary for the implementation of the specific program may also be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Providing data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to participate in the program, perform the contract with the Foundation or use the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the legal basis for data processing is consent, the persons who have given consent have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Persons whose data is processed have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing and the right to object to data processing. If it is found that there has been a breach of the provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
